his is a list of what we will call ‘Truths’.  These are conflicts users would like to share with potential consumers.  Each truth will be marked if that truth contains a fix or workaround, so Vista users may have a crack at making the Vista experience as smooth as possible.

File Management Mayhem:

• Folders do not always refresh
• Folders do not retain properties
• Program quaries, pop-ups, and system requests spawn below windows

• Unable to delete folders from old operating system
